From our sources at Collins Library, information on this year’s Edible Book Festival:

Edible books are made of food and inspired by literary titles, characters, or authors. Last year’s entries included: Life of Pi(e), Animal, Vegetable, Miracle (Whip), and Olive or Twist?

Show hours: 8 a.m.-4 p.m.

Drop off entries: 7:30 a.m.–11 a.m.

People’s Choice voting: 8 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

Awards ceremony: 3:30 p.m.–4 p.m.

Pick up entries: 4 p.m.–5:30 p.m.

This year, our judges are Eve Vodden-Thornton, Registered Dietitian (Dining Services), Barbara Racine (Manager, Puget Sound Bookstore), and Barbara Warren (Professor, Exercise Science).
